Robert Lopresti said...: Krazy Kat was endlessly fun. One of the weird things is that Krazy was of indeterminate gender. You wouldn't think the comics would have allowed that 100 years ago. Herriman also illustrated the archy and mehitabel boooks of Don Marquis with a cat who looked like a less anthropomorphic version of Krazy.; June 13, 2007 at 10:26 AM
